FREE SERVICE by BookXcess Online Store for customers that prefer to collect/ pickup their online orders at our WAREHOUSE than deliver to their doorstep.

This service is great for customers that buy in bulk or heavyweight books.

How do I place order?
Step 1: Select the book(s) of your choice,
Step 2: Click on the “Add to cart” icon,
Step 3: Click the Shopping Basket icon
Step 4: Confirm the details of the item(s) you have ordered in "View Cart"
Step 5: Get your shipping options by selecting "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" and then select
“Online Self-Pickup"



Step 6: Click “Checkout”
 
It is that easy!



How many days does it take to process my orders?
Your order will be processed 1-2 days from date of payment confirmation except Friday orders, which will only be processed on the following Monday.
 
Please wait for our email confirmation before you set off. Collection is from Monday to Friday and we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Monday-Friday (9am - 5pm)
Closed for lunch at 1pm-2pm
Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays



How will I know when my order is ready?
We'll send you an email when your order is ready with the softcopy of your invoice.
 


What should I bring to collect my order?
We need to see your
invoice and proof of identity. This can be your IC, student card or a current photographic driver's license or passport. We cannot release your order without seeing your proof of identity.

We’ll hold your order in warehouse for 5 working days, after which we’ll cancel the order and refund your account. Cancellation fees of RM10 and merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card still apply. Please note that this may take 14 working days to process from the date the order is cancelled.
 


Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes you can but to prevent fraud, please inform us via email at
contact@bookxcessonline.com the person name and contact number. The person you've nominated must present your invoice and their proof of identity (IC, student card, passport or photo driving license).
 


How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order in warehouse for 5 working days, after which we’ll cancel the order and refund your account. Cancellation fees of RM10 and merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card still apply. Please note that this may take 14 working days to process from the date the order is cancelled.




Can I collect from BookXcess stores?
Unfortunately, all collections must be made at our warehouse or deliver to your doorstep.



I would like to order in large quantities. Can you pack my orders in pallets for container shipment?
We regularly handle bulk orders and arranged delivery to local and international customers. So, yes, we can pack your orders in pallets. For more information, please email to us at

Where do I pick my order?
Upon arriving at our gate, please present your name and your invoice to the security guard and the security guard will inform us of your arrival. Your vehicle is subject to security check upon entry and exit. The security guard will direct you to the designated parking lot and we will be on our way to deliver your order to you.
 


I’ve lost my order confirmation email
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.
 
Otherwise, you’ll be able to find the order number in your order history. Simply log into your account and click on the relevant purchase to find the order number. Take a photo and bring it to the warehouse when you collect.
 
To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless we have email from you and they have your order number and their photo ID.
 


I was unable to collect my online order. Will I be refunded?
We’ll hold your order in warehouse for 5 working days, after which we’ll cancel the order and refund your account. Cancellation fees of RM10 and merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card still apply. Please note that this may take 14 working days to process from the date the order is cancelled.
 
 

Can I cancel my order?
Please email us at
contact@bookxcessonline.com to make the request. As we seek to get your items ready as fast as possible, RM10 will be charged if the order is already packed. Merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card will still apply. Please note that the refund may take 14 working days to process from the date the order is cancelled.
 


Can I exchange my item?
We understand that sometimes you may make a mistake. Please email us at
contact@bookxcessonline.com to make the request. As we seek to get your items ready as fast as possible, RM10 will be charged if the order is already packed.
