Books delivery in Malaysia will usually take between 3 to 5 business days* to reach you.
The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight / dimension.
*Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
*Orders on Friday after 8.30 AM will only be processed on the following Monday.
*Kindly be informed we would not be able to entertain request for delivery to be made at specific date or time as the courier service providers we engaged do not provide such services.
*ONLINE FREE SHIPPING promotion is not applicable for orders above 25kgs and only within Peninsular Malaysia

For International orders:
Delivery charges depend on the country of destination. Please note your delivery may also be subject to customs charges (import duties & taxes), which we have no control. These charges are (your) the buyer's responsibility.

The tracking number will be given via e-mail upon dispatch so that you can go online and check the delivery status. How will I know if my items have been shipped?
After you have checked out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. After it has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.
Can I cancel/change an order after I have confirmed it?
If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email email@example.com. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. Merchant charges and 3% of admin fee will apply if you had chosen to pay via eGHL or Credit Card.
What should I do if the book I received was damaged or is not the one I ordered?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the book. It may take approximately another 5 to 10 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item. All items will be inspected on return, so please make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Upon receiving, we will inform you and the item delivery will usually take 3 to 5 business days to reach you. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment including the postage cost but only after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us.
Can I return an item?
We understand that from-time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.
Before returning any items, please notify us at our email at email@example.com to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please contact us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the book. Return items are exchangeable but not refundable. If the Exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the Exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, customer will need to pay the difference. In both cases, merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card and delivery charges will be applied. BookXcess will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.
*This term does not apply to our International Orders, which is Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
