Books delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take between 3 to 6 business days* and for East Malaysia Delivery 3 to 7 business days to reach you, once your parcel ship out from our warehouse.
*Please note that, there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during festive season.
The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight / dimension. *Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
*Orders on Friday after 8.30 AM will only be processed on the following Monday.
*Kindly be informed we would not be able to entertain request for delivery to be made at specific date or time as the courier service providers we engaged do not provide such services.
*ONLINE FREE SHIPPING promotion is for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia with minimum purchase of RM80.
*Offline or email order is not applicable for FREE SHIPPING promotion
Delivery will take 7 - 14 working days depending on the country the item shipped too.Delivery charges depend on the country of destination. Please note your delivery may also be subject to customs charges (import duties & taxes), which we have no control. These charges are (your) the buyer's responsibility.
International Delivery - For this service we are using Aramex deliver the goods. You can get the shipping quote directly from the website.
DHL Express - As we understand, sometimes our customers may need their items urgently. Hence, we are offering a quicker delivery option via DHL Express. For this service, your item is guaranteed to be delivered to you within six to eight working days.
Shipping Quoted Separately (International) - This option is for selected countries only. Customers will receive a shipping quote within 24-hours after their order has been placed, instead of immediately. This is so BookXcess Online can negotiate for the lowest shipping rates for specific orders to specific locations from courier vendors.
In the event a product(s) in your order is not-in-stock, we will notify you, the customer via email and refund you for that item(s). The remainder of your order will be shipped out accordingly.
After you have checked out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. After it has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.
If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. A RM5.00 admin and merchant fee will apply for payments made via eGHL or Credit Card.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at email@example.com within 2 days from the date of received of the book. It may take approximately another 5 to 10 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item. All items will be inspected on return, so please make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Upon receiving, we will inform you and the item delivery will usually take 3 to 5 business days to reach you. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment including the postage cost but only after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us.
We understand that from-time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.
Before returning any items, please notify us at our email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please contact us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the book. Return items are exchangeable but not refundable. If the Exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the Exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, customer will need to pay the difference. In both cases, merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card and delivery charges will be applied. BookXcess will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.
